Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. (PPPI) sold The Company in 2016 to Udenna Group. With the change in ownership, The Company changed its name to Calaca Industrial Seaport Corp. (formerly Phoenix Petroterminals & Industrial Park Corp.). Udenna Development Corporation (UDC), the real estate and property business unit of the Udenna Group of Companies, owns the Company 100%.
The Company owns, develops and manages its industrial park in Calaca,
Batangas – renamed as Calaca Seaport. It is located along the deep-water
portions of Balayan Bay. It has its own port capable of handling vessels of up to 14 meters draft, or up to 55,000DWT. It is strategically located in Luzon and is ideal to host locators especially those that are reliant on water transport.
