The mandatory creation of day care centers in all barangay levels as provisioned by the Republic Act 6972, the “Barangay (village) Level Total Protection of Children Act,” is vital in the realization of the need to provide early childhood education in the community.

PPIPC recognizes the importance of early childhood education and provides support by subsidizing the monthly salaries of the day care workers of the three (3) barangays of Salong, Lumbang Calzada and Puting Bato West, Calaca, Batangas since 1999. We intend to extend our assistance on the other aspects of childhood education.
