Industrial Park

Calaca Seaport is located in the high-growth sector of the Cavite Laguna Batangas Rizal Quezon (CALABARZON) zone. It is situated at the southwestern mouth of Luzon along the western part of Batangas Province in the Municipality of Calaca, Batangas. Calaca is a coastal town in Batangas bound by Balayan Bay on the south. It is a plain near the shore, gently rolling in the middle and going steep on the northernmost part adjacent to Gulod ng Batulao. It is situated east of the municipalities of Balayan, Tuy, and Nasugbu, and west of the municipalities of Lemery and Laurel. It lies with the southwest slopes of the municipality of Talisay. It is located along the deepwater portions of Balayan Bay where its has it port facilities capable of handling vessels with draft of 14 meters. It is ideal to host light to heavy industries especially those that are heavily reliant on water transport.

Overhead lines supported by concrete poles with power supplied from the 13.2kV line of Batangas Electric Cooperative (BATELEC). Large power consumers may opt to connect to the 69kV TransCo line or to the 230kV line both owned by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). South Luzon Thermal Energy Corp. (SLTEC), a joint venture company of Phinma Group’s TransAsia and Ayala through AC Energy Holdings, Inc. is a locator of the industrial park and operates a 2 x 135MW power plant. SEMCalaca Power Corporation, the 600MW coalfired thermal plant of DMCI Power Corporation (DMCI Power), is just 5 kilometers away.
