The Udenna Group, of rising tycoon Dennis A. Uy, has topped off its first office tower development located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), adding another milestone in its real estate venture.

Strategically situated at the corner of Rizal Drive and 4th Avenue in the financial district of Taguig, the development, called Udenna Tower, stands 24 stories high with a gross floor area of 14,703 square meters.

“Udenna Tower is another milestone of success for one of the country’s fastest-growing conglomerate of diverse businesses in vital industries,” said Udenna Vice-President for Corporate Affairs Atty. Adel A. Tamano.

The conglomerate broke ground for Udenna Tower in June, 2016. Upon completion, the tower will house the corporate offices of the Udenna Group, including those of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. and Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corporation on seven floors.

Udenna Tower is also poised to expand the conglomerate’s portfolio of properties for lease in one of the fastest-growing business districts, as it offers more than 13,600 square meters of leasable area to other companies.

Six floors are open for leasing to other companies as corporate headquarters. The tower includes five podium levels plus two basement levels of parking.

The ground and upper ground floors are ideal for bank branches, offices, service centers, food stores and retail outlets. Its prime location makes dining places, retail stores and parking spaces easily accessible.

“Udenna Tower will allow us a firmer foothold in the country’s capital region, as our businesses continue to grow into significant players in their respective industries and take on bigger roles in our national economy,” Tamano said.
